Online-Buchung, Kommunikation, Übergabe, Zustand des Autos, Rückgabe - alles perfekt, unkompliziert, günstig und sehr freundlich. Erste Wahl, wenn ich wieder dort bin.
Nach dem erfolgreichen Abschluss der Online-Buchung könnte noch eine Bestätigung kommen. Dass die fehlt, ist aber nicht schlimm. Wenig später kommt eine E-Mail, in der alles drinsteht. Wir waren voll zufrieden mit Artemis.

"I usually hire cars from the large international car hire companies and didn’t know if a small company like Artemis would be ok. It turns out they were outstanding. I hired from Malia and Popi and George couldn’t have been more helpful and they were so kind. I would recommend them over the larger companies any day".

Our great vacation was over yesterday and we returned to the even hotter Hungary from Crete. Thank you for the service provided, you delivered what you promised. Manos gave us a warm welcome at arrival and was very helpful to provide useful tips and hints for our stay. Please tell him that we had an excellent fish in Elounda as he recommended, best fish plate we have ever had in our lives!

Your rental service made our vacation unforgettable, we were able to visit to Spinalonga, Aglios Nicolaos, Water City, Psychro, Knossos and some of the southern beaches which are the most beautiful! Even though you have crazy drives in Crete, it was a spectacular fun to ride across the Eastern part of the island. We were very satisfied with the rental, it was very well worth the money we paid for it.

Our travel was organized by a tourist agency (Neckermann), I am happy to recommend your services to them so other visitors can also benefit from Artemis rental services. Good luck with your family business!

These are good people! Very helpful, very understanding, and very polite! I definitely recommend their car rental service (cars are clean, well maintained and the perfect size for getting around even the smallest roads of crete) as well as their day trip services. If you ask them for local recommendations of where to eat and what to see, they will be more than happy to help!

Great service, best and most hospitable people ever.

The cars are in very Good condition, well maintained and with good insurance cover although I didn't need it. The price definetely the best I could find and they have a wide variety of pick up and drop off locations, either in the airport or city centre and coverage in most of the island, making holidays much easier.

The owners are all great and easy going persons, willing to help and facilitate y at their best. They even gave us great suggestions for places to visit, sightseeings, a route in the map to him through etc, all of excellent value.

That Was the second year I visit Crete and renting a car from "Artemis" so very pleased. I will definetely rent a car from Artemis next time im in the island.

Definitely highly recommended!

Absolutely suggested. No hidden costs, the insurance covers everything, plus nice and clean car. We wanted to use the car for one extra day, we only wrote an e-mail to book it and it meant no problem at all. The absolute extra was the lovely owner family

We rented a car (VW - Up) for 6 days in Malia, and used it to get to know the East part of Crete. The family who own the company are extremely friendly, they gave us very valuable advice on places to visit and history background of them. They can communicate in several languages. We highly recommend this company. They deliver the cars anywhere in the island. The car was in perfect shape and the offered rate was excellent. It was an absolute pleasure to chose this family company, instead of one of the big well-known firms. In a future visit, we will definitely go for this company again.

Absolutely recommend renting with Artemis Rent A Car rental (Malia, Crete - ask for Popi or Sophia). Contacted Artemis online via email and got a really good price for a 5 week period. Artemis not only transfers you from and to the airport for free, they were even nice enough to wash and clean the car halfway through the rental period. Accidentally scratched the car bumper in the final week but their standard insurance covered it, and the folks at Artemis were very professional and friendly about it

Have used the service of Artemis in may, loved the service, friendliness at all stages of the lease. The car was in good condition, fueled and washed. Rented a car during the high season in crete for a week. The prices were nice and had no hidden charges. It comes with the insurance. You only need to pay for gas, which you use. The lady that gave us the car was very nice. The return of the car was very easy. Although I could have just left the car keys at the hotel, nonetheless I wanted to see the lady in person and thank her. Would definitely use Artemis' service again
